For feature requests, our Collaboration Lab is very active and our developers check there often. That's how we've built these incredible primary tools. Your great idea and 'really simple' change is probably already represented within the Collaboration Lab, we encourage you to begin there first. Beyond that your 'feature request' should be put into a wishlist and we can discuss its level of simplicity together. We are problem solvers and will work with you to solve any problem.

Project quotes are dependent on your necessary scope of work. Often a wishlist will reach our desk and we know of existing tools that offer instant solutions, already included in your software plan, that won't cost you anything additional. 

Other times its a combination of existing tools and a planned development project that will solve your needs. Our goal is to minimize the project costs with existing solutions already included in your monthly subscription but when your needs stretch outside of those ready-solutions, we can build most anything.
